A wrong answer has several possible explanations
A missed answer might come from a hidden assumption, a rushed calculation, an unfamiliar word or a simple slip. One exercise cannot tell which explanation applies without more evidence. Calling every error a bias makes the interpretation more confident than the task supports.
Wabiro’s reasoning challenge therefore reports the solution and the steps that support it. It does not diagnose a “biased thinker” or convert a few puzzles into a general judgement about rationality.
Separate what is stated from what you supplied
For a deduction, write only the premises that the question gives. Ask whether the conclusion must follow in every case or merely could be true. For a pattern, test the same rule against every provided element. For a numerical problem, check the units before calculating.
After reading an explanation, try a different problem without the answer in view. That is practice on a method. It does not establish how you will decide under pressure outside the exercise.
