Terms of use

Wabiro is a self-reflection and entertainment tool. It is not therapy, not a psychological assessment and not professional advice. By using it you agree to the terms below.

1. The service

Wabiro offers short tests and tools about you, dating, relationships and groups — questionnaires, a two-person comparison, chat analysis (Group Chat Court, Situationship Autopsy) and a dating-pool calculator — with instant results, optional shareable cards and optional one-time paid reports or unlocks. Results are generated from your own input using documented, deterministic rules (see the methodology).

2. Not a diagnosis, not advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes a psychological, medical or legal diagnosis or advice. The Service never determines whether a person is "toxic", "narcissistic" or "abusive", or whether a relationship is safe. If you are concerned about your safety or your mental health, contact a qualified professional or a support service (resources by country).

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old.

Some experiences involve other people: the partner test lets you describe what you observe in someone, the two-person test compares you with someone who agrees to answer, and chat analysis reads a conversation that includes other people. Use them only for your own reflection about relationships and chats you are part of. You must not use the Service to harass, stalk, monitor, expose or pressure anyone, to build a case against someone, or to make or support decisions about someone's employment, housing, credit, education, health, medical care or other high-impact matters. Results describe patterns in your own answers or in message timing — they are not evidence about a person.

4. Imported chats

To analyse a chat you import an export you created yourself. Before any analysis you confirm that you are part of the conversation and have the right to use the export, and that the result is for entertainment and self-reflection. That confirmation is your responsibility; it is not a guarantee that a particular use is lawful where you live. The export is analysed on your device and is not uploaded to us. When you share a chat result, choose carefully how names appear; do not share results about people who would object.

5. Free experiences and paid unlocks

Every experience and its full free result is free. Premium reports and experience unlocks (such as the Group Chat Court Full Case File or the Situationship Full Autopsy) are one-off purchases: the total price is displayed before payment, payments are processed by Stripe, and nothing renews automatically. An unlock opens only after Stripe confirms the payment to our servers. A premium report is delivered through a signed link — anyone with the link can open it, so keep it safe. A chat unlock covers the export you analysed (identified by a fingerprint of aggregate numbers) and is still computed on your device each time you open or re-import it.

6. Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by e-mailing support@wabiro.com with your receipt. Refunded reports and unlocks are deactivated.

6a. Wabiro+ subscription

Wabiro+ is the one exception to "nothing renews automatically": an optional subscription attached to your account, billed by Stripe monthly or yearly at the price shown before you subscribe.

• Renewal: it renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Your account page shows the next renewal date.
• Cancellation: cancel at any time from your account page ("Manage billing" opens Stripe's billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep Wabiro+ until then and are not charged again. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately.
• Failed payments: if a renewal fails, Stripe retries for a while; Wabiro+ stays available during the retries and ends if the payment does not go through.
• Included reports: premium reports on eligible tests are included, up to 5 every 30 days (fair use). A report opened this way stays readable after the subscription ends.
• Price changes: a new price never applies to a period you already paid for; we tell you before it applies to your next one, and you can cancel before it does.
• Refunds: within 14 days of a payment, on request to support@wabiro.com. Unlike a one-off unlock, a refunded payment does not end the subscription by itself: cancel it from your account page, or ask us to when you request the refund, so it does not renew.

Wabiro+ describes patterns in what you said about yourself across tests. Like everything else on the Service, it is not a diagnosis or professional advice (section 2).

6b. Wabiro Lab

• What it is: practice programs of short daily exercises about everyday skills (conversation, confidence, habits). It is not therapy, medical advice or a diagnosis, and no program promises a result. You decide what to try and how much.
• Your safety comes first: skip or stop any exercise that feels unsafe, causes pain or doesn't fit your situation. Relationship programs are for relationships that are basically safe; if you are afraid of someone, see support resources. Programs marked 18+ require you to confirm you are an adult.
• Access: the first days of each program are free. The rest are included in Wabiro+ — there is no separate Lab subscription and nothing is charged twice. If Wabiro+ ends, the days after the free ones lock again; your progress and notes stay on your account and in your export.
• Changes: we may improve a program. A journey you started keeps the version it started with until you finish or restart it.

6c. Purity Party

• What you buy: one complete Purity Party — the 50 questions and one synchronized group reveal — in one room, for 2 to 10 players, for CHF 5.00 paid once by the host. Guests pay nothing. It is not a subscription and nothing renews; another party is a new purchase you confirm yourself.
• Adults only: every player declares being 18 or older. The free solo Purity Test is unaffected.
• Activation: the room unlocks only once Stripe has confirmed the payment. The round can be played for 7 days after payment; the host can restore it on another phone with the host key.
• Refunds: on request (support@wabiro.com). A fully refunded party that has not been revealed is locked again. A second payment for a room that is already unlocked is refunded automatically.
• Respect: scores are for fun and say nothing about anyone's worth. Showing a score is always optional; do not pressure anyone, and do not share someone else's private screen.

6d. Support Wabiro (tips)

• What a tip is: an optional, one-time payment in CHF (CHF 2 to CHF 200) to support Wabiro. It is not a donation to a charity, it is not tax-deductible, and it buys nothing: no test, report or feature is unlocked by it. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.
• The boards: a tip appears on the public boards once Stripe has confirmed the payment, under the name you typed or as "Anonymous supporter". The boards are for fun. Pick a name that is yours or a nickname; we may hide any name that impersonates someone, advertises, or is offensive.
• Refunds: within 14 days, on request (support@wabiro.com). A refunded or disputed tip leaves the boards.
• Minors: if you are under 18, ask a parent before you tip.

6f. Wabiro Games

• The games: free, with or without an account. Cards are written by Wabiro for entertainment. Levels 5 and 6 (Spicy, Unhinged) are for adults only: confirm you are 18 or older only if it is true. Dares are optional — never do anything unsafe, illegal or that someone has not agreed to.
• Games Pass: an optional one-time purchase, at the price shown before payment: the full 18+ decks of every game, for this device and your account, and for the Party Rooms you host. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. It is included in Wabiro+ while your plan is active. It opens only once Stripe has confirmed the payment. Refunds within 14 days, on request (support@wabiro.com); a refunded pass closes again.
• Party Rooms: use nicknames that are yours to use; do not use a room to single out, harass or pressure anyone, and do not write anything about a person who is not playing. The host can remove a player or hide a text. Rooms are deleted after 24 hours.

Creator program

Creators may apply to promote Wabiro using personal tracked links. Acceptance, commission rates, campaigns and participation remain subject to Wabiro approval and may be changed or ended prospectively.

• Attribution and eligibility: the last eligible Wabiro creator referral in the 30 days before a purchase receives attribution. A commission is created only for a successfully paid eligible order. Clicks, test completions and unpaid or canceled checkouts do not earn commission. The applicable rate is snapshotted when checkout is created and applies if that order is paid. For a Wabiro+ subscription, only the first paid invoice earns commission; renewals do not.
• Refunds and disputes: full and partial refunds reduce commission in proportion to the revenue refunded. Chargebacks reverse the commission while the dispute is handled. If a commission was already paid, the adjustment is carried against future available earnings or may be requested back where required by law.
• Payouts: commissions first remain pending during the refund review period. Available balances can be paid only after admin review; transfers are manual and are not automated. The minimum payout is shown in the program or dashboard. We show a payout as paid only after recording the transfer reference.
• Promotion rules: identify paid or commission-based promotion clearly as required by the rules where you publish. Do not make false or guaranteed income claims, misrepresent Wabiro tests as medical, scientific or validated psychological diagnoses, impersonate Wabiro, spam, buy traffic deceptively, manipulate referrals or make purchases through your own creator link. We may hold disputed transactions for review.
• Content and marks: you keep ownership of your original videos and promotional material. You give Wabiro no general reuse licence by joining the program. Any reuse of creator-submitted content requires a separate, explicit agreement. Wabiro's name and assets may be used only to describe and promote Wabiro under the current brand guidance.
• Tax and termination: you are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on creator earnings where applicable. Wabiro may suspend links or participation for suspected abuse, misleading claims, legal requirements or a breach of these terms. Confirmed refunds, chargebacks and accounting corrections can adjust the balance.

Wabiro tests are for entertainment and self-reflection. Do not present them as a clinical or scientifically validated assessment. This program does not create a partnership, employment or agency relationship.

7. Your content and your data

Answers and imported chats stay on your device unless you choose to share or buy, and even then only a summary is stored. What we store, and for how long, is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your data at any time.

8. Sharing

Share cards show only the headline of a result — a profile name, a level or score, a verdict, a few totals or a range. Individual answers, messages and filters are never exposed. Share your result only with people you choose to.

9. Intellectual property

The questions, profiles, texts, design and code of the Service belong to Wabiro or its licensors. You may share your own result cards freely. You may not copy the tests to build a competing service.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Wabiro is not liable for decisions you make based on a result, nor for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Wabiro Intelligence

Intelligence is for curiosity, education and self-reflection. It is not a clinical service, psychological diagnosis, certified IQ examination, career-placement service or political recommendation. Interpret results together with their stated source, classification, scoring version, language and limitations. A normalized personality score is not a population percentile; reasoning performance describes the completed challenge and is not an IQ. No result determines personal worth or eligibility for employment, education or credit.

The platform’s general minimum age remains 16. Political Affinity requires a separate confirmation that you are at least 18 and understand its current-session privacy. It does not match parties or recommend a vote. Political answers and scores do not enter an account, subscription, paid report or sharing flow; any future change requires a distinct privacy and legal review and explicit informed opt-in.

Every released assessment provides a complete free core result. Eligible deeper reports are optional and use the existing one-time report purchase or Wabiro+ entitlement system. No Intelligence subscription is introduced. Wabiro+ includes up to five eligible premium reports per rolling 30 days under the existing terms; it does not include political reports. Prices, currency and whether an offer is one-time or recurring are shown before checkout. Payment access depends on trusted server confirmation and remains subject to the existing cancellation, recovery and refund terms.

Retakes may differ because of context, response changes, practice or different puzzle selection. A small change does not by itself establish meaningful improvement, decline or a causal effect. Read the public methodology and Intelligence privacy before relying on a result.
