Wabiro Lab
Found out something about yourself? Now practise it.
Tests tell you something about yourself. The Lab gives you something to do with it: structured programs of a few minutes a day, one small real-world step at a time. You choose the size of every step.
Wabi says: This is the Lab. We practise things here — gently.
What would you like to practise?
Pick one. It only changes what we suggest first.
The Labs
Personality & Confidence
The everyday moves of social confidence: starting conversations, saying what you want, speaking up, saying no kindly.
Dating & Relationships
Listening, saying what you need and disagreeing without damage — with a partner, a date, a friend or family.
Style & Grooming
Explore what you like wearing and how you want to present yourself. No ratings, no rules about bodies, no photos needed.
Body & Habits
Small, safe daily movement and energy habits, for beginners. Consistency, not appearance.

What the Lab is — and isn’t
Lab programs are practice: small exercises built on published research about conversation, habits and confidence, with the sources listed on each program. They are not therapy, medical advice or a diagnosis, and they do not promise to change who you are. If something is seriously affecting your life or your safety, a professional is the right first step — see support resources.
Questions
Do I need to take a test first?
No. Tests can suggest a program, but every program works on its own.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing happens. There is no streak to lose: your progress stays where it was and you pick up at the next day. If you have been away a while, the Lab offers the easier version first.
Is it free?
The first days of every program are free, with or without an account. The rest of each program is included in Wabiro+, the same subscription as the rest of Wabiro — there is no separate Lab plan.
Who sees what I write?
Only you. Reflections are stored with your account so you can read them back, never shown to anyone else, never used for analytics, and you can delete them — or all your Lab data — at any time.
Is this therapy?
No. It is structured practice for everyday skills. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If you are struggling, talking to a doctor or a qualified professional is the better first step.
Can you build a habit in 14 days?
Usually not completely, and the Lab does not claim to. In one well-known study, the time it took for a daily behaviour to feel automatic ranged from 18 to 254 days depending on the person. Fourteen days is a structured start: enough to try something properly and see what is worth keeping.
