Do free tests stay free?
Yes. Every test and its full result stay free, with or without Wabiro+. Wabiro+ adds what happens between tests: the connections, the priorities and the progress.
What’s the difference with buying one report?
A deep report is a one-off: one result, explained in depth, yours for good. Wabiro+ is for when you want Wabiro to understand your patterns over time — it connects every test you take, and deep reports on eligible tests are included.
Is this therapy or a diagnosis?
No. Wabiro+ reads what you said about yourself across tests and points out what repeats. It doesn’t diagnose anything, name disorders or replace a professional.
Which reports are included?
Deep reports on tests that have one, up to 5 every 30 days (fair use). A report opened with Wabiro+ stays readable even if you cancel later.
How do I cancel?
From your account page: “Manage billing” opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Wabiro+ until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of a payment, write to support@wabiro.com with your receipt — the same policy as every Wabiro purchase.
What happens to my data?
Only derived results, the goals you pick and your experiments are kept — never your individual answers. Delete your profile data or your whole account at any time from your account page; deleting the account also cancels an active subscription.
Do I need an account?
Yes — Wabiro+ is attached to your e-mail so it works on any device. Sign-in is a magic link, no password.
