What is the “Delusion level” test?
The “how delusional are you” quiz is an entertainment reality check. It rates 14 statements — story views as signals, plans that are mostly a feeling, exes who are “definitely still thinking about you” — across four areas and turns them into a delusion level from 0 (Painfully Realistic) to 100 (Living in Your Own Lore). “Delusional” here means internet-delusional: optimistic past the evidence. It is a joke with a scoring system, not a psychological measure.

What it measures
- Reading signs
- How much meaning a “haha” can carry.
- Self-image
- The gap between the mirror and the mental picture.
- Manifesting
- Plans that exist mainly as vibes.
- The ex file
- Stories you still tell about people who left.
How it’s scored
Fourteen statements rated 0–3 feed four areas: reading signs (30%), self-image (25%), manifesting (25%) and the ex file (20%). Each area is scored 0–100, the delusion level is their weighted average, and the band it lands in — from Painfully Realistic (0–20) to Living in Your Own Lore (81–100) — names your result. It is an entertainment score, not a psychological measure.

What does delulu mean?
Delulu is internet slang for “delusional” in a light sense: believing a better story than the facts allow — that a story view means they like you, that a plan will happen because you can feel it. Harmless as optimism; costly when it makes you ignore what someone keeps doing.
Examples
- Deciding a story view means they are into you.
- Planning the holiday before the second date.
Delulu vs mixed signals
Mixed signals come from the other person; delulu is the story you write around them.

Questions people ask
See all questionsDoes “delusional” mean a clinical condition here?
No. This is internet slang for being more optimistic than the evidence supports — usually about a crush, a plan or an ex. It is an entertainment reality check, not a mental-health assessment or diagnosis.
How is the Delusion level calculated?
Fourteen statements are scored from 0 to 3 across reading signs (30%), self-image (25%), plans (25%) and exes (20%). The weighted result is a 0–100 entertainment score. The same answers always produce the same result; it is not a psychological measure.
Is Wabiro free?
Taking every experience is free, without an account. Most give you a complete result for free — your score, profile, stats or verdict, and a card to share — and some also offer an optional one-time report or unlock that never renews. On some tests we are currently trying one one-time purchase that unlocks the personal result together with its report; when it applies, the test says so, with the price, before your first answer. Separately, Wabiro+ is an optional subscription that connects your results over time; no free result depends on it.
Do I need to create an account or give my e-mail?
No. Nothing is asked before your result — no e-mail, no card, no sign-up. An optional account (magic link, no password) lets you recover a purchase on another device and, if you want, keep your Wabiro ID summaries across devices. Only Wabiro+, the optional subscription, requires one, because a subscription belongs to an account.
Where do my answers go?
Nowhere, by default. Questionnaire answers stay in your browser and results are calculated there; imported chats are analysed on your device and never uploaded. If you create a share link or buy an unlock, we store a short summary (a score, a profile or a few aggregate numbers) — never your individual answers or messages, and never in analytics.
What does a shared result card show?
Only the headline of your result — a profile name, a level or score, a verdict or a few totals — and an invitation to try the experience. No answers, no messages, no personal data. On chat results you choose whether names appear as display names, initials or not at all.
Is this a psychological or clinical test?
No. Wabiro is a self-reflection and entertainment tool built on documented rules. It is not a clinical assessment, a therapy service or a professional relationship diagnosis, and it never labels anyone toxic, narcissistic or abusive. If you are worried about your mental health or your safety, talk to a professional.

What is a beige flag?
A beige flag is a habit or trait that is a little odd but harmless — eating the same pasta every night, strong opinions about ice cubes. Unlike a red flag, it costs nobody anything; unlike a green flag, it builds nothing. It is just very human, and often the thing you end up loving.

Dating red flags: what to look at on the first dates
Early dating red flags are less about big behaviours and more about small consistencies: how they treat people who cannot push back, whether the pace respects yours, whether what they say on Tuesday still holds on Saturday, and how they react the first time you say no. Nervousness, slow replies and not defining things yet are not red flags.
How delusional are you, actually?
This is a joke with a scoring system. Answer honestly; the more it hurts, the more accurate it is.
